Director January 2023 to Present; Interim Director June to December 2022; Acting Director December 22, 2020 – June 2022	East-West Center – Honolulu, Hawai‘i Director, Pacific Islands Development Program (PIDP) Leadership for PIDP which serves three roles: a special program with its own identity within EWC guided by the President & Board of Governors; Secretariat of the PICL which is comprised of the 20 Heads of Government from the Pacific, PIDP takes guidance from these leaders; and a founding member of the Council of Regional Organizations of the Pacific, PIDP is guided by the Charter and Secretariat of the CROPs, the Pacific Islands Forum.
July 1, 2021 – November 30, 2021	Acting Director, Professional Development Program Provides overall administrative and strategic leadership for the Professional Development Program. Work closely with program managers to ensure that the range of professional development opportunities for participants, professionals, and educators, including funding proposals, are compatible with and supportive of the East-West Center mission and institutional strategic and operational objectives.
August 1, 2019 – March 15, 2021	Scholarship Program Specialist, Education Program Responsible for planning and organizing all areas of scholarship programs including the United States South Pacific Scholarship Program and the Asian Development Bank-Japan Scholarship Program. Also plays a leading role, working with the Dean of Education, in initiatives for new program development, which includes grant and proposal writing and development of new partnerships with governments, ministries of education, or institutions in the Asia-Pacific region.

2017 – 2019	Chaminade University – Honolulu, Hawai‘i Director, Center for Teaching and Learning Associate Professor of Education Responsible for the development and implementation of faculty programs that support effective teaching and student learning across the campus; the operations of the CTL and assessment and reporting activities of the Title III grant; facilitates the exchange of expertise within the campus community related to effective practices in the areas of teaching, learning, and assessment.
