Leadership for PIDP which serves three roles: a special program with its own identity within EWC guided by the President & Board of Governors; Secretariat of the PICL which is comprised of the 20 Heads of Government from the Pacific, PIDP takes guidance from these leaders; and a founding member of the Council of Regional Organizations of the Pacific, PIDP is guided by the Charter and Secretariat of the CROPs, the Pacific Islands Forum.
